Warranty America is disorganized and has poor customer service. After a year, they still don't recognize my policy number. The first excuse was that it was a new type of policy. It takes at least 1/2 hour to talk to a rep. I bought the top level policy, but it doesn't pay anything near the going rates. I will never buy a used car again. read full review »
