Bought Quickbooks 2009 for mac... had an issue with printing checks. Called and was told they could not help me unless I had the support package, this is two days after I purchased the product. Today two months later I go through my statements and find two support subscription charges from intuit. Call the and they immediately say sorry and tell me they will refund the charges... it will however, take 6-8 days for me to see the credit. read full review »
