I have also been charged $88.97 for monthly luminous brites shipment. I tried the $4.99 free trial and apparently agreed to the terms and conditions.(I do not remember this) When I recieved the first shipment I called the company to cancel. They cancelled order but refused to credit me the 88.97. I mailed it back but they said they never received it. Unfortunately i did not get insurance through usps. This company is ruthless.
