I purchased a cd from the company to find government grants and when charged $99 for a subscription to their services, I cancelled the subscription and requested a refund. I was given a confirmation number and told to call back on Thursday to speak with a supervisor to authorize the refund and was given a different confirmation number. When the 3-5 business days were up, and I still hadn't received my refund so I attempted to call (888-255-1241) and the number had been disconnected. Thankfully, my bank was able to dispute the charge. This company is BS. read full review »
