Returned merchandise on 1/21/09. Called on 2/24, 3/14, and 3/19. Was told all three times that my money would be returned to my credit card. This last call on 3/19 said they issued credit today. Nothing has been refunded to my credit card. I have access to my account on line and no credits were issued. read full review »
