I have been submitting receipts for 12 months. Have not received anything. I was able to get through on the listed phone number once in October, and they said they had lost their entire data base but continue sending in the receipts and everything would be on track in a few months, stating they were 4 months behind. Today the receipts that I sent in last month were returned to sender as REFUSED! The phone number does not work! I received this $500 voucher as part of a deal on the purchase of a vehicle!
