I had recently been working with my mortgage company to re-do my mortgage and lower the interest rate. I went to their website and wrote to them to have someone call me because their office hours were different than mine. So I did hear from my local office of the mortgage company, her name was Dawn and it was a legit call. She told me that she would be glad to help me out and that all I had to do was to fill out an on-line application for her and send it back via email.
