My complaint is that I went on the internet to obtain a free credit report, then still had to give my credit card # for a $1.00 fee to process the information. Since then, I have had 2 charges for $4.95 each charged to my credit card without my permission. Please remove the charges immediately and do no incure any further charges on my accout.
