We contracted with KEMP WINDOWS & SIDING in December, 2008. They offered a 3 day cancellation. I gave them a deposit check that was supposed to be held and not cashed until after the cancellation deadline. After checking on-line and seeing this report and reviewing the product closer, we decided to cancel and singed the notice and sent it to the sales rep, who acknowledged that he received it and it was acceptable.
