Everything I have read is completely true. This company is a complete scam that uses very deceptive ways to manipulate people, take their money, and never deliver what they promise. I am in the process of trying to get my issue resolved. I finally received a call from their "corporate customer service" today after trying for quite some time throuth phone calls, emails, messages, etc. I was astounded by the way I was treated and by how rude and careless the woman I spoke with was.
