I signed up with their service a year and a half ago, and they send me leads a couple of times a month during the busy season...What they do is send out the customer lead to at least three contractors, and then they scramble to contact the customer. They then charge each contractor $9 or $12, so they make their money no matter what happens... Luckily, when I have gotten their automated voice mails, I dial the number of the lead on my other phone.
