This company charged by American Express card for entire order I placed, regardless of the fact that only one item had been shipped. This resulted in over $1000 charge being placed on my card that I would have been financed charged and would have had no recourse if items didn't ship. When I called their customer service, I was told I could cancel the sale if I wished by a snotty customer service person. She said they got plenty of good sales all the time and it didn't matter if I cancelled. read full review »
