My complaint is similar in scope to many others I have read. Principal blame should fall on me for forgetting the adage that if it sounds too good, it probably is. Be that as it may, this slithering bunch, located in the country of BOTSWANA (yes an African Country), will NOT even respond to request for help whenever required by technical difficulties.
