5 year old Kenmore range oven has problems lighting, smells lioke gas and then lights with a loud boom. Has been happening for a year. Now all of a sudden it smells like something is burning inside the unit. I called Sears to have someone come out immediately as we are dealing with gas and electricity. They said some one could make it out in 4 days. When I told them that I was afraid that something was going to catch on fire - hge said to call the fire department. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM AT SEARS. They hav the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am so suprised to see all the complaints on this site pertaining to this product. read full review »
