Ordered a ring from them. Item ended up being on backorder. Received card after 30 days saying if I wish to cancel the order simply don't fill out or send it back. Well here we are 90 days later and I see a charge for the ring on my statement and apparently its been shipped out! Called and customer svc, though somewhat nice, couldn't do anything to help. They said that they sent another card at 60 days backordered saying the opposite of the 30 day card, that is, to cancel the order i would have to send in the card signed.
