I saw this advertisement on TV for growing tomatoes upside down. The ad on TV stated that they were $19.99 plus $7.99 S&H for each. So I ordered two that would have made the order $35.97 BUT MY account was charged $71.78. I'm going to return this product as soon as it reaches my door (unopened).
