I have been a Hughes customer for several years now. I have never called for support and have paid my bill on time every time. I just discovered that the home service offered to new customers has a download speed of 1.0 mbps. My home service is only 700 kbps. The price is the same but the new customers get a better service. I understand that my modem needs to be upgraded to a HN7000S to get faster speeds and I don't have a problem with that.
