To Whom It May Concern, I received an e-mail offering a free sample of the ultra green product. The cost was $1.00 for postage. I gave my credit card info to pay for the $1.00 fee. I received the product and everything was fine. A few days ago I received another package with the same product. I did not order this product and I have been billed $59.00 for it.
