Onyx Coale and Robert Addie have a big scam going here. They introduce their scam at a free seminar, usually at a 2 or 3 star hotel in the ballroom, where they give away prizes like free dinner at a crappy Chinese buffet. Their pitch is, for a fee of $6000, they promise a "lifetime" of real estate consulting services by supposed "experts" in real estate.
