When I originally agreed to use their lead services for individual health quotes, I was adamant that my budget was for approximately $100 per month in leads. As I do mostly group benefits, this was the number of leads (about 20 each month) that I had time, and extra money, to follow up on. Dec '08 was perfect, and I got charged in Jan for the $98.
