I did a Trial product with this Company, I was not happy with the product and was going to cancel my future orders...before I could they "auto-fulled" my next order, I was able to stop the shippment but after 3 weeks of trying to get ahold of them through e-mails, or on the phone, I was able to do a "live chat" at "mytrialsupport.com" at this point I was informed NO refund would be issued because of the turns of their agreement, I have a 15 day trial, 30 day supply.
