Received the 2009 Bottom Line Yearbook 2 weeks ago. Then received a bill for $31.90. This happen before, also. Didn't order it so why pay for it. Don't want to ever receive anything from them ever again. read full review »

Received the 2009 Bottom Line Yearbook; which I never ordered. 2 weeks later I receive the bill in the mail for $31.90. This happened before with them. Took foreever to get ahold of them and it got straightened out(so I thought)! I don't want anything of theirs, ever. read full review »
