YEARS back I had a free trial subscription to EMUSIC, and cancelled after the trial. Just last week, they send an email to my OLD account from back then, which I barely use now and am trying to do away with saying to come back. I go to click on it to be removed from the mailing list, and it automatically takes me to a page that says 'Thanks for signing up'. I didn't agree to that! How is that even legal!? First off, shouldn't you have to confirm signing up? And what if that was someone else's email address now?... read full review »
