My son's LG Fusic cell phone has broken 3 times within one year. Reliability is terrible. Every time he has to send it in he loses all his contacts, etc. Huge inconvenience. The last time we got it back, it broke within a week. Customer service refused to fix it, claiming it was not under warranty due to main board damage. I don't know why that's the case, all I know is it's broken 3 times in the last year, and they refuse to stand behind their product. They are a terrible company to do business with. read full review »
