Hi, I'm very desgusted in IBERIA AIRLINES services!! I should travell back to Romania from South Africa through Spain .. to escalate in Barcelona.. Here they told us that we can't go on board with our hand baggage.. They sent us to procure some tickets and to put the hand baggage at the aircraft mass storage .. The whole escalate time was 30 minutes and we coulden't do all this things in time.. The plane left without us and we had to buy another tickets read full review »
