Bad Company !!! I sent back the material within 30 days as required. I made copies of everything before I returned it. I sent it certified mail so I would have proof that they received it. I could not get my refund. Everyone I spoke to said it was being processed and would take some time. After 3 months, I contacted the Better Business Bureau at www.bbb.org. The BBB gave them a deadline date, and I received my refund on that day. read full review »
