I dissolved my business in September of 2007. My contract with 1 and 1 was set to expire a year later in July of 2008. I contacted a 1 and 1 rep via the phone to find out if I could pay one lump sum for the remainder of the contract and then cancel it in Sept. of 2007 since my business had been dissolved and I no longer needed a host site. The rep stated that she could not pro-rate and cancel my account and that I had to continue with the auto debit until I got closer to the expiration date of the contract.
