I placed an order with Sheldeez Hair Products on 2/27/09 for Design Essentials hair gel. I received an email confirmation that they acknowledged my order. I was advised that I would receive my order within 7-10 days. To date I have not received my merchandise, I contacted the company and have not received a response. I have filed several complaints against this company (BBB, AG, and FTC) and I will disputing the fee with my financial insitution.
