After two years of having our yard dug up and sewage drained out on the lot we rent, we have decided to take out all of our beautiful gardens and flowers which took years to grow. For two years now men have continually entered our yard (we pay to rent ) to say they are fixing the sewage line. They never fix it. They enter our yard unannounced any time of the day or night at least every two months sometimes once a month.
