We purchased a JennAir Electric Slide In Range in July 2006. Triple burner broke August 2007; repaired after 6 weeks of trying to get a part that was not shattered. Oven control panel stopped working February 2008; repaired. Oven control panel stopped working for a second time last week (November 2008). Service call placed and the parts department tells us that there is a "National Backorder" on this part.
