I applied for a payday loan through Last Chance Payday Loan and was automatically signed up for ID Theft Protection and $31.85 was taken from my checking account via electronic check. When asking for a refund, ID Theft refused saying they had all the documents to show I had ordered thier service. I DID NOT order thier service and they KNOW it. This was deceptive billing practices.
