They claim a trial risk free for 6.95$ and if you dont like it send remainder back within 12 days and they wont charge you monthly (75$) I have caps therefore there product was ineffective, I called customer service asked to cancel the monthly contract and was given a RTV# and instructed to send everything back and they would not charge me further and even reimbourse the original 6.95$ needless to say, now they cannot be reached nor emailed and they are charging me over 70$/month for nothing..of course I blocked my card, but its people... read full review »
