When I purchased an every other year condo from Summer Bay Resorts, they stated that the taxes almost never go up..NOT TRUE each year that I owned the condo the taxes went up higher and higher until I could not pay them anymore. I mean you figure 500.00 tax for 2 bedroom condo for 1 week every other year...gimme a break...that piece of real estate isn't worth that much. I am certain that the "taxes" don't go to the local tax agencies either. Stay away from Timeshares all together, now I am being ripped off by unscruplous timeshare resale sales people.
