I was told that the shipping was 3.95 for 14 day trial. I called on 12/09/08 to let them know that product was not received & asked that the membership be cancelled. I was assured that the monies would not be deducted from my account. I checked my account 6 days later & 87.13 was deducted. I called 866.949.0138 & spoke with 2 people who indicated that membership was cancelled & refund should be done in 24-48 hours with a confirmation email being sent to let us know.
