I had to arrange an apartment for 7 months in Mobile, Alabama while still living in PA. When I called, the man I spoke with told me that rent was $669 plus $20 a month water fee. When I asked about a pet fee and short term lease fee he said there was none. He continued to say that if he was wrong, he would make sure I didn't pay it.
