After ordering a "free" trial of Natures Best Acai Berry in January, it took me 3 calls ...none of which was professionally answered...to finally cancel all the hidden parts of this order and stop future charges to my card. After insisting to speak with a company supervisor, I was told that he couldn't refund the 79.86 charge because the product had already been shipped. That was over six weeks ago.
