I sent in a prescription to the mail order company that handles AARP claims. I have been given wrong information 4 different times. I am told something different each time I call. As a result, I am going to have to pay almost double for my prescription at a local pharmacy. I am sending the mail order all the info they requeasted and I'll see how long it takes to get my new prescriptions. I will definitely change to another company next open enrollment and advise anyone NOT to get their Part D through AARP. It is less expensive because the service is terrible!!!
