I purchased a trial order of this product. I tried unsuccessfully to call and cancel. I finally reached someone later than the 15 days as it is set up to happen. I spoke with a Dan who told me to return the unused portion of the Acaiberry tea plus product and I will be given a full refund of the $88.62 that was charged to my account. I sent an almost full bottle of product and when I called for my refund I was told that I could not get a refund!! Now I am out of my money as well as the product!!
