I ordered a rim from this company on June 16, 2008. I was emailed an invoice the following day. A couple of days later I noticed my credit card had been charged for the rim, but I hadn't received a tracking number. I called the following day to confirm it had been shipped. I was told they were trying to acquire me a rim from another warehouse. I was patient with them because one of my rims was cracked and I knew the rim was scarce.
