I bought the NEW House from them on Dec 1, 2008.When we moved in 1 month later, the hard wood floor in the house is curving a lot places up to 1", I did complain to them . They said : They thinks how to solve problem .Untill now is 3 months, they did not do anything...When I ask them again..they always answer they think...thanks you for the patient. read full review »
