I have been a customer of Wal-Mart for years. I had a prescription transferred so I could pick it up on my lunch break. So I called it in first thing in the morning at 9:00am and told the associate about the transfer and I would be by to pick it up at 12:00pm. She said that would be fine. Then, I called and made sure that it was ready before I came to pick it up.
