I recently ran across a class action that customers can get back $78.00 from bank of america for overdraft fees (smartmoney.com is site to claim that money back) to me thats sincerely unfair when they stole over $4000.00 from me in overdraft fees with overdraft protection on both the checking and savings account that linked them together not to mention I had more money going in than I had coming out.
