In good faith I purchased a set of Serta Monet Elite Firm Queen size mattress . I begin to notice that the mattress had begon to sag after about four to six months after I purchased them . I contacted the store and was told to contact the service center, which I did. The serviceTech came out and measured the dept of the sag appx. six different times .
