I ordered Avast Professional Edition anti virus program. Never received the program and was charged $86.67. They tell me I did download the program, which I did not as it said I would receive an email telling me how to get the program. I did not get an email and now helpmedownload.com is keeping $9.95 for services rendered??? but will refund the rest in 5 to 14 days. Can't understand the help desk person. read full review »
