I called and cancelled my order. This was advertised as a free sample. I was given a cancellation number. Three days later I was charged $78.81 which was withdrawn from my account. When I call a service rep (who was in India) I was informed that my cancellation number was invalid. Not only were they hard to understand, but could hardly hear with all the background noise. After 20 minutes on the phone I was told that my shipments were cancelled and the money would be refunded in 3-5 days. What a pain in the ass this was!!!
