I purchased webroot and loaded it on my computer. When I tried to clean up after the sweep, the system reuired a renewal fee in spite of the fact that I had just activated and installed it on my computer. The (free #$%) technical support has a 30 minute que with a sarcastic message that comes in and tells you that you need to pay to get immediate support. I will never buy WEbroot again.
