I purchased an HTC Touch Pro in later part of December of 2008. After using the cellular telephone for three months, I noticed that the cord used to connect the cellular telephone to the computer or to charge the telephone is coming apart. I can see the internal wires. I contacted HTC whose only responses was I will give you the contact information to sales so you can purchase another cord. I do not think I should have to purchase a cord that was used for three months. Has anyone else had this experience? read full review »
