I broke my phone. I was in Texas at the time and went to one of their local stores. The salesman talked me into buying their insurance. Allegedly, it didn't matter if I got the phone wet, dropped it, etc...it didn't matter, the insurance would replace my phone. When I tried to use the insurance only TWO days later for the junk phone that I bought, they would not honor it.
