I discontinued my SupraTelecom service in mid-September, paying my final (I thought) bill on September 2. Although I was told today that an actual final bill was sent to me that month, I have no recollection of receiving it. But I then had no further communication from them until a phone call today - five months later- from a collection agency! This infuriates me. I have a credit standing of close to 800 and in thirty years have never defaulted on any debt.
