I purchased a toner cartride through Amazon which was represented as a new Canon cartridge. The price was half again as much as "remanufactured" or "compatible" cartridges, so I figured it was just a good deal. When it arrived the box plainly said "remanufactured". When I complained to Abacus they blamed me and Amazon and offered only to take the cartridge back with me paying shipping both ways (this is no favor - you can return anything this way). I don't think I would want to deal with this vendor again. Would not lift a finger to help a dissatisfied consumer. read full review »
